Badly burnt property built of double brick plastered ceilings rendered internal and external walls.
This property had a large amount of furnishings, carpet and rubbish left inside and out left by the previous owners.We removed a total of 58 m2 of rubbish and a further 20 m2 of scrap metal.
All framing damaged by fire was replaced walls washed 3 or 4 times with acid wash to remove all traces of soot etc. Bathroom and kitchen where replaced ceilings insulated replaced roof and all of the old steel windows replaced with Aluminium Windows.
